Cookies and more cookies!

For some of us, our first love for cookies probably came from the Cookie Monster (of Sesame Street), when we were a tad too gummy-toothed to chew on cookies. But on this very day, we’ve expanded these budding bakers’ love for cookies from just eating it, to baking and decorating it!

We started our day with a lesson on what the ingredients are, and moved to the fun part of it; mixing and molding the cookie batter. Later we continued with an even more fun part; DECORATING!

We made yummy butter cookies of various adorable and fancy shapes with cookie cutters, and even had some cutter-free funky shapes thanks to the imaginative young minds of the kids.

We also decided to extend our love by sharing with them a box of cookie making kit, where it comes with a recipe book, cookie cutters and an adorable rolling pin, with a promise from them that they will continue baking at home and delight their respective families with a treat for tea.

With sprinkles of chocolate chips and oozing icing, we present you the snippets of our day :)

Bread Class with Little Amore Chefs

It is not only adults who are into the joy of baking, here at Amore we also welcome kids of almost all ages to buckle up for a floury fun time with us.

And we’re happy that they left with smiling faces, happy tummy and delighted parents! :)

From the sifting of the flour, to breaking of the eggs, to greasing the table with vegetable shortening in preparing for a workplace to knead the dough, we they did them all by themselves.

Proud of our young ones at Amore, we hope to see you back here with fluffy buns that you have made at home and share with us on your progress in baking :)
