Welcoming 2013

Salam and hello to all our of dear Amore readers,

It has been another year for us with our journey, learning new tricks and sharing them with fellow enthusiasts. If we could sum up 2012 in one word, it would be 'memorable'.

New friends made, new tricks learnt, new found fellow cake decorating and baking lovers.

Let us all revel in our dancing memories, and welcome even more into the lives of ours and our loved ones, for it to be filled with health, wealth and endless laughter. Let us all welcome 2013 with fresh hope and spirit, with open arms and smiling faces.

Happy New Year from all of us at Amore, may 2013 be a wonderful year for all of us.

Making a Mark with Petronas

Recently, we received a special order for a Petronas themed cake, and it was the biggest cake that we have ever baked and decorated at Amore! It was fun making the cake with all the awesome details such as a Petronas lorry tanker.

Happy 10th anniversary to PS Bandar Baru Nilai.Baked and decorated with lots of love and passion.

Special Request Bread Class

We will be having a Special Request Bread Workshop

on 20/11/12 at10am onwards







We will be making lots of fun bread using the sponge and dough method that'll make our breads oh so yummy and fluffy!

Classes, so far.. An update.

 Gave baking a chance in her, and she now welcomes it into

her live joyfully! Sis Marilyn has been baking and decorating 

happily ever since. Give it a try now would you?

Here we have these delightful morsels of vanilla cream puffs and 

tiramisu cream puffs with cocoa powder made by our lovely Marilyn

 

Macarons have been a hit since last year, and is still

a craze to many. Our ladies at Amore had given it a whipping try and

it came out lovely. They were incredibly cute to look (and eat!)

A little fondant butterfly piece makes it more fun!

Agar-agar Cakes, and yes even the flowers are made from agar, it is edible!
